PT Eagle High Plantations Tbk (“EHP” or the “Company”) has held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2022 financial year on May 8 2023 at the Rajawali Place Building, Jakarta. Present at the event were President Director Henderi Djunaidi, Director Andrew Haryono, Director Yeoh Lean Khai and President Commissioner Abed Nego who also served as the chairman of the meeting and Independent Commissioner Y. Wahyu Saronto.
The first agenda approved and ratified the financial reports and supervisory report of the Board of Commissioners for the 2022 financial year. In the Board of Commissioners' Report, President Commissioner Abed Nego conveyed the achievements pf EHP which is an all-time high revenue that was realized throughout 2022. The Company managed to record revenue of IDR 4.6 trillion, an increase of 56% compared to the previous year. "This all-time high revenue is also accompanied by an increase in EBITDA of 35%, from IDR 817 billion in 2021 to IDR 1.1 trillion in 2022," said the Company's President Commissioner.
This meeting also approved the second and third agenda regarding the determination of the use of net profit for the 2022 financial year and the determination of salaries and benefits for members of the Board of Directors and the determination of salaries or honorarium and allowances for members of the Company's Board of Commissioners.
The fourth agenda approved the appointment of a Public Accounting Firm to conduct an audit of the Company's financial statements for the 2023 financial year and determine the honorarium for the Public Accountant and the terms and conditions.
After that, the fifth agenda discussed changes to the composition of the Board of Directors/Board of Commissioners of the Company. In this discussion the resignation of Commissioner Deddy Setiadi was announced and replaced by Mohammad Prianto Madelar as the new member of the Board of Commissioners.
