Indonesian citizen, born in 1974. He earned a Bachelors degree in Economics from STIIE IBII, Jakarta in 1996 and Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney in 2001. He has experience in finance, and has worked, among others, as Investment Banking Manager at PT Danareksa and as Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2003, he joined Rajawali Corpora as Personal Assistant to the Chairman & CEO. Currently he also serves as President Commissioner at PT Fortune Indonesia Tbk and PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk, Commissioner at PT Archi Indonesia Tbk and Managing Director CFO PT Rajawali Corpora. He was appointed as President Commissioner of the Company in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2022.

Indonesian Citizen, born in 1973. He obtained his Master of Laws and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. Starting his career at Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo Law Firm and Assegaf Hamzah & Partner Law Firm, then in 2004-2006 he became the Founding & Senior Partner at the Radjiman Billitea Madelar Law Firm. He joined PT Rajawali Corpora during 2006 - 2021 with his last position as Director - Legal Counselor and currently serves as Legal Consultant. He was appointed as a Commissioner of the Company according to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023.
Y. Wahyu Saronto

Indonesian citizen, born in 1948. He obtained a degree from the Indonesian Military Academy of Police in 1971, College of Police Science in 1977, SESPIM Polri in 1985, studied strategic management issues, attended education and training at home and abroad in the field of Intelligence and National Defense Institute in 2002. Previously he has held positions in the Indonesian National Police (Polri) as Head of the National Police Security Service, Director of Police Intelligence, Regional Police Head and several positions at the Indonesian State Intelligence Agency (BIN). Currently, he is a member of the Strategic Analyst Council of BIN. In carrying out his profession, he has received the Bhayangkara Pratama Star award. He has served as Commissioner of the Company since 2011.
Henderi Djunaidi

Indonesian citizen, born in 1972. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Tarumanegara University, Jakarta, and an MBA from the Jakarta Institute of Management. He has more than 20 years of experience in various industries, including the palm oil industry. Previously, he worked for the public accounting firms, Johan Malonda & Co. and Arthur Andersen, and a number of companies such as PT Antilope Madju Puri Indah and PT TEAC Electronics Indonesia. He joined the Sinar Mas Group in 2004 as Assistant Vice President - Finance. In 2007, he joined the Green Eagle Group as Chief Financial Officer and then as Head of Marketing & Trading, before finally being appointed as the Chief Operating Officer in 2011. He has served as Director of the Company since 2017 and was appointed as President Director of the Company in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2022.

Indonesian citizen, born in 1979. He earned his Master in Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas in Austin, USA in 2001. He is Also a Certified Public Accountant.
He has more than a decade of various corporate finance and accounting leadership roles with top technology companies including Hewlett Packard, Dell and Microsoft in its offices in teh US and Singapore prior to joining Rajawali Corpora in 2011. With Rajawali Corpora, he has served various leadership functions including Chief of Staff to Chairman / CEO and Malaysia Country Chief Representative. Prior to being appointed as Director of the Company, he served as Commissioner (2017-2019) then as Executive Management (2019-2020).
Yeoh Lean Khai

Malaysian citizen, born in 1965. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University, Western Australia. He has around 30 years of experience in various sectors including processing and production of edible oil and agricultural commodity trading company. He developed his working career mostly in Indonesia and China. Initially he joined theGreen Eagle Group in 2011 as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and since 2014 as Chief Marketing Officer, when Green Eagle Group became PT Eagle High Plantations Tbk. He was appointed as Director of the Company in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2021.
