• Pendidikan terakhir D3/S1 Teknik Mesin Otomotif
• D3/S1 in automotive mechanical engineering
• Have a minimum of 2 year experience working in a workshop in an oil palm plantation company
• Have good knowledge about truck engines and heavy equipment as well as car vehicles
• Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office, Microsoft project and Auto CAD)
• Be able to organize administrative tasks related to workshop activities neatly and accurately
• Ready to be assigned in Kalimantan and Papua

Job Description
The Human Capital Corporate Service Manager is responsible in ensuring that the Industrial Relations facilities run well in the operational units to achieve harmonious relations between employees and the company and monitor issues related to Industrial Relations to ensure that all procedures are carried out properly and correctly. In addition, he/she will be responsible of organizing and controlling personnel administration is running well such as PPH 21, BPJS, Recruitment, Absenteeism, Leave, and HRGA as well as assisting the recruitment of harvest workers.

Qualifications :

• Maximum age of 45 years old
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Preferably have a minimum of 5 years of work experience as HR Site Manager in an oil palm plantation company.
• Understand labor law, Ministerial Decree, Permenaker and PKB.
• Accustomed to handling industrial relations and personnel such as PPH 21, BPJS, Recruitment, Absences, Leave, and HRGA
• Communicative, disciplined, and firm.
• Familiar in recruiting harvest workers
• Ready to be assigned in Kalimantan and Papua.

Job Description
The Field Assistant will be responsible for operational activities at the Oil Palm Plantation with a land area of 500-700 Ha. The Field Assistant is in charge of supervising and ensuring that all agronomic work has been carried out in accordance with agronomic technical guidelines.

Qualifications :

• Maximum age of 35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agricultural Studies (Soil Science, Agricultural Cultivation, Agronomy and Agricultural Technology)
• Experience in working as an Assistant Afdeling for at least 2 years
• Intensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of oil palm plantations (LC, nurseries, maintenance of TBM & TM areas, harvesting)
• Understand EMS & EHS, RSPO, community development, government relations and partnership/plasma issues
• Resource allocation skills including finance for cost efficiency
• Able to operate computer programs (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Have good communication and leadership skills, good attention to details and able to establish active social instruction
• Willing to be placed in any location
