PT JMS Won 4 Awards At Once
At the end of the 3rd Quarter of 2023, precisely on October 25, 2023, the PT Jaya Mandiri Sukses ("PT JMS") estate located in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province, a subsidiary of PT Eagle High Plantations Tbk ("BWPT") won 4 awards at once. This is pride and boost positive energy for all employees within BWPT Group to further improve the best performance and dedication in plantation development.
These awards include:
1. Certificate of Plantation Business Assessment with class 1 predicate;
2. Award for Commitment to Fulfilling the Obligation to Facilitate Plantation Development for Communities and Sustainable Plantation Business Partnership;
3. Award for the Role and Contribution in the Efforts to Control Plantation and Land Fires Around the Plantation Area in 2023; and
4. Award for the Realisation of Commitment to Cooperation in the Management of Palm Oil Processing Plant By-products with PT Kukar Sejahtera Dambaan Etam (Perseroda).
The 4 (four) awards were handed over directly by the Regent of Kutai Kartanegara Mr. Drs. Edi Damansyah, M.Si to the Director of BWPT, Mr. Andrew Haryono, in the presence of all levels of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Regional Government and the Heads of Large Private Plantation Companies, during the Executive Meeting of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government held at the Santika Premier Hotel in Jakarta on October 25, 2023.
In the middle of the event, in his speech, Bapak Drs. Edi Damansyah, M.Si also gave appreciation and made BWPT as one of the plantation companies that can be used as an example for other plantation companies in the Kutai Kartanegara Regency area, because BWPT is considered as a company that can work well with both the Government and the Community.
"This achievement is truly very proud and a motivation for all of us to work better in achieving the Company's vision and mission", said Mr. Andrew Haryono on the sidelines of the event. Apart from 4 prestigious awards on behalf of BWPT, there were 2 other awards given to the other subsidiaries, namely PT Suryabumi Tunggal Perkasa and PT Manunggal Adi Jaya.
